I had a great experience renting from IGIVU VR Services! Ernest was incredibly helpful throughout the process, making everything easy and being very responsive to my inquiries. Our guests had a fantastic time trying out the Apple Vision Pros. However, I'm deducting one star because the packaging could have been better. There were no packing bubbles or cushioning, and the boxes were too big for the contents. As a result, the box was damaged upon arrival. Thankfully, nothing happened to the Vision Pros, but it was a bit concerning. Overall, though, I highly recommend IGIVU VR Services for their excellent customer service and quality equipment.

Our company used IGIVU for our Safety Week training and it was amazing! We used their VR technology to introduce Forklift Training in our warehouse and the employees had a blast. It allowed the employees to gain some perspective about what our morning and night merch do for us on a daily basis. I was inexperienced with VR, being able to rent it was a privilege. IGIVU was user friendly, that are available 24hours to assist you. I had the best 50th birthday party by adding 3 VR's. What an amazing experience, my guest are still talking about the party.

Shahzaib was very helpful and accommodating as our organization was operating a booth at a local event, and we were looking for ideas to attract people to our booth on an expedited timeline. Shahzaib helped us put a plan together and had the VR headsets mailed out the next day with 3 day shipping. They arrived on time and we ended up being a very popular booth at the event! In honor of Eating Disorder Awareness week the club I run at my university wanted to run a mindfulness VR booth. Being that we don't have the most funding we were looking for an affordable optional that would still be high quality. I am so grateful we came across IGIVU. From the start Shazy was so easy to work with! He even made sure to send out the VR set early to make sure that I would get it in time. One of the headsets I was having trouble working and Shazy called me right away to give me guidance. Not only did I have the best customer service but also everyone had the best time using the VR headsets. I used Igivu's service to rent 2 MetaVisor's for a professional event where we needed special 3D videos downloaded by a foreign company. Shazy was the only company that actually picked up the phone to answer questions and was incredibly reactive, helpful and made sure all our needs were met all while working with a contact in a different country to get the videos downloaded in the correct format. Rented VR sets for our Holiday Company Party. They came with games already set up, all the necessary pieces. Super easy process from payment to shipping back. Super grateful for IGIVU. They helped us throw a fun party for our employees and guests!

I rented a pair of VR headsets for the holiday and had a great experience with IGIVU. The headsets arrived ahead of time, the equipment was functional and communication with the staff was quick and efficient. The equipment was somewhat loose in the shipping box when it arrived, but other than that, the entire process was very pleasant. I’d definitely consider this group again for another VR rental.

My son requested a “VR party” to celebrate his 15th birthday. When I told him VR headsets are generally ~$300+ to buy, he replied, “no, check out this cool place I found!” Enter IGIVU. What a clever concept, to be able to rent these big ticket items! Shazy replied to my inquiry immediately, and was a pleasure to communicate with throughout. My son got to choose three games to come loaded on the headsets, and Shazy’s team even added three extra games as a birthday surprise! The headsets arrived two days in advance of the party so they could be tested out (they all worked great; no issues). Shazy was excellent in assisting us with the entire process. This is a great idea for a birthday party! VR sets are still relatively new and a lot of people haven't used them, so it's a super cool gimmick for parties! Also, why pay for a venue when all you need is WIFI and space? Our 11 yo and his friends had a blast and stayed outdoors!

We were happy with our experience using IGIVU for a recent corporate event. We offered the headsets as an activity for guests to partake in and Shazy sent two of his staff to help assist guests and train them on how to use the equipment. What an absolutely fabulous birthday activity!! We rented 6 headsets for my son's 8th birthday. I was worried because I know NOTHING about VR, but the boys put them on and figured them out immediately. The only thing we did in advance was set up boundaries for each headset so no one collided with walls :-) The boys still rave about the party. Since his birthday party was on a Friday, we had another adult party Saturday night and let the adults play around with the headsets. It was hilarious and so fun! Shahzaib was super responsive, shipping was easy, and the whole things was a hit. A fun way to try out VR. I didn't think I would find much I liked, but I loved it and I'm going to buy myself one just for the meditation. Thanks IGIVU!!

Amazing customer service! I rented 8 different headsets for a big fundraiser for my organization, and IGIVU did not disappoint.
