IGIVU ships Meta Quest headsets nationwide and they arrive 2–3 days before your event date. Standard delivery is included in every rental. Rush delivery is available in most US cities, contact IGIVU directly for urgent requests. Headsets are pre-configured and content-loaded before shipping so they are ready to use immediately on arrival.
Every Meta Quest rental from IGIVU includes the headset, two Touch controllers, charging cable, USB-C cable, a selection of pre-installed VR experiences, and a prepaid return shipping label. Headsets arrive sanitized, fully charged, and tested. Custom branded content, built around your product or brand, is available from $2,000 as an add-on. On-site technicians are also available to manage headsets throughout your event.
Every IGIVU rental includes a prepaid return shipping label. After your event, pack the headsets back into the original box, attach the prepaid label, and drop it at any UPS location. No scheduling, no printing, and no additional
cost. Most clients drop the return box at their hotel front desk or the venue’s shipping point before they leave, the entire return process takes less than 5 minutes.
Meta Quest 3 is the most recommended model for trade shows and corporate events. Its colour mixed reality passthrough allows presenters to see the real world between experiences, making it safer and more intuitive for guests who are new to VR. The significantly improved display resolution over Quest 2 produces a more impressive first impression. Meta Quest 2 is the best choice

arrive before your event opens, set up all headsets, brief your staff, and manage every headset throughout the event, including guest onboarding, sanitizing between users, and real-time troubleshooting. At the end of the event they pack everything down. For self-managed rentals IGIVU provides 24/7 remote phone and video support throughout your event. On-site support is recommended for events with 20 or more headsets.
Yes. IGIVU regularly supplies 3 to 120+ Meta Quest headsets for corporate events, trade shows, conferences, product launches, and training sessions. All headsets in a multi-unit rental are pre-configured identically so every participant has the same experience. Yes. IGIVU builds custom branded VR experiences for events — from branded overlays on existing content to fully custom 3Denvironments built around your product or brand. Semi-custom branded content starts at $2,000. Fully custom builds start at $4,000. Allow 2–4 weeks for custom content development. If you already have VR content, IGIVU can load, test, and configure it across all headsets before shipping, content must be provided in a compatible format at least 5 business days before the event.

We had a great experience with IGIVU! They were easy to work with, communicated well, and held to everything they committed to. The headsets arrived ahead of time, the equipment was functional and communication with the staff was quick and efficient. The equipment was somewhat loose in the shipping box when it arrived, but other than that, the entire process was very pleasant. I’d definitely consider this group again for another VR rental.
